I've worked with the body - I've worked with the mind - I've worked with energy.

They are all inextricably linked. Over 20 years and working with 1000's of bodies,  all shapes, sizes, backgrounds and ages. One thing that runs as a  common theme amongst us humand  is that body mind and spirit are all linked. I can correct someones posture but if we don't address the emotional and somatic links,   the posture correction often only lasts for a while.  Equally if the emotional is worked on but we don't do some physical, nervous system rewiring and somatic release. The body has the same old programme running and eventually will sabotage the emotional work done in some subtle or BIG way. 

My work online and in person from my base in Tenerife, Canary Islands where I have lived for 15 years. 

I run a whole-istic practice helping people to rewire their nervous system and have all 'parts' of them on the same page so to speak.
