I have been a Chartered Physiotherapist since 1984. I have a wealth of experience in all aspects of Musculoskeletal physiotherapy, though I have a particular interest in helping spinal pain, particularly persistent pain.
I have published a book, Calm Your Worry Warrior.. and Allow Your True Self To APPEAR !, which outlines my approach to helping with Stress and Anxiety. I use several different techniques to support positive change, including BrainWorking Recursive Therapy, The Balance Procedure, Hypnotherapy.
