I am a professionally accredited EFT practitioner and NLP practitioner, I also am a specialist SEN primary school teaching assistant and have advanced understanding and knowledge with supporting children , young people and families . My passion is to help and support people of all ages to live life with the emotional skills and tools to have a happy and healthy mindset .
I offer online zoom sessions and can offer face to face sessions depending on location .
