MORNINGS (in person and online):
Friday and Saturday.

AFTERNOONS (online):
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Credentials
Licentiate Diploma in Homeopathy (degree level), accredited by the Society of Homeopaths (4 years part-time study). I treated private patients and saw patients in the clinic (under supervision) throughout.

Certified Health Coach and a certified Life Coach. Both qualifications are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Health Coach Alliance (HCA).

Qualified Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner. This training was approved by the Association for Integrative Psychology and the Association of Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (ANLP).

About Alex Barnes Wellbeing (Homeopathy & Coaching)

I offer the following services:

  • Homeopathy and Homeoherbals/Homeobotanicals
  • Life Coaching
  • Health Coaching.

I am also an NLP Practitioner and integrate these techniques into my coaching and homeopathy sessions, where appropriate.

I have a particular interest in helping people who struggle with:

  • fatigue / burnout and associated symptoms such as sleep and gut problems
  • mental health challenges - stress, depression and anxiety-related symptoms in particular
  • perimenopause / menopause-related symptoms.

I offer sessions online via Skype or What's App video call. In person appointments are also available for those based near Park Gate (SO31 7GH).
