Gem Reiki in Hastings & St Leonards, East Sussex
I'm Gem, Reiki Master in Hastings & St Leonards. I offer Reiki healing for adults, children and animals in person in and around Hastings. Reiki is also possible to others living out of this area in any location as I can offer 'Distant Reiki' where you don't need to be present with me. My Reiki journey started in 1997 when I was first introduced to this ancient Japanese form of energy healing, and since then I have trained and qualified in levels one, two and in 2017 as a Reiki Master.
Specialisms
I specialise in working with very young children. I trained and worked with nursery age children for many years and feel an affinity with the very young and vulnerable.
I also have a special interest in those suffering long term chronic health conditions or those undergoing uncomfortable or invasive medical treatment and who are looking for a gentle therapy that can support their bodies natural systems to promote a stronger healthier body.
I also feel a great connection with animals and enjoy working with them, both small and large. I have loved and received the love of many different animals, be that a cat or a dog or smaller animals such as gerbils. I also work with larger animals such as horses and ponies.
How I work
I work with anyone who wants to experience the gentle but powerful healing energy therapy that is Reiki. You do not have to have any religious or spiritual belief, you simply need to be open to the power of Reiki healing and allow yourself to receive the 'universal energy' through my work.
Training
I trained in Level one and two in 1997 and then began offering Reiki to others, then in "017 I took my Reiki Masters training to further my Reiki knowledge and training.
Rates
My rates are based on either a session in my clinic (in person) or distant (online/telephone).
If you would like me to give you Reiki in your own home then I can travel within a 5 mile radius with a charge of £1.00 per mile in both directions.
