i love working with colour mirrors, eft/tapping, access bars and other skills to help you step into your sovereignty, access your full potential and enjoy life in great love, joy, flow and ease;
i particularly enjoy working with pregnant women and mothers to clear and release all the triggers that arise, to change the narrative of what it means to be a mother, to break the generational patterning learned from their mothers and fathers so that the next generation of boys and girls can grow up more connected to themselves, expressing their emotions, and living in greater joy; this all comes from mothers leading the way in doing this; children model what their parents do;
i work online via zoom as well as in person at The Little Escape in Crystal Palace, London.
