Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) combines the best of both worlds. Hypnosis helps to calm the monkey-mind and to overcome any inner resistance to achieving wholeness and transformation. If you are able to attend sessions in-person in London, we could combine hypnosis and sandplay.
Sandplay would involve working with a sand tray and a selection of miniatures and figurines to allow you to express yourself freely through the power of the symbol. When invited to make a picture of your current state of mind, heart or life situation using symbols/miniatures, you may discover that your inner sage suddenly begins to speak to you. It may gently introduce some unexpected ideas into your thinking which wouldn’t have come up otherwise.
