Hi and thanks for the interest, I have been running and learning Tai Chi and Qigong for 22 years. Red Lotus Tai chi and qigong has been around for about 8 years or so, but I began my journey into tai chi in 1996 after a car accident damaged my sight, knee and caused whiplash to my lower back. I had back pain for a long time. A Very good friend James wayman said to me (come and see my tai chi instructor and give it a go). I was hooked after my first session! We did an exercise called (building the ball) I felt opposing magnets between my hands... That was my first experience of what I now know to be the Biomagnetic field that surrounds the human body. Over the years and with the advent of learning healing that feeling has increased as well as the sensitivity in my hands/body.
Over time tai chi and qigong has helped improve my memory, back pain has disappeared as well as improving the functions of my organs. I had both lungs collapse in 2004/05 and found that the tai chi and qigong really helped aid my recovery especially after the second operation when I had done my Reiki training and was able to do healing on myself. This worked on much deeper levels as well clearing away many blocks inside of me that were mental emotional and physical limitations that were holding me back.
